How do I pay?
We accept Direct Bank Transfer
(Thai QR Payment or international SWIFT)
and Card Payment (Visa/MC/Amex)
Please note there is no card charge for silver item. There are 3% card charge for gold item

Shipping?
Free domestic shipping within Thailand via Thaipost EMS or domestic courier with full insurance coverage.
International Shipping?
For international shipping, we will ship via international courier. The shipping price will be checked and discussed during the ordering process. Please note, customer is expected to handle destination tax and tariff.

How to measure ring size?
For Thailand resident, we have measure-at-home ring sizing service.
For international order, we highly recommend visit your local jeweller for sizing or order ring sizer from online e-commerce.
What if I need resizing?
We resize first time for free (domestic order only) but we will double check with you to ensure to avoid the sizing issue.
Product Warranty?
All items have a 3-month warranty which cover defect at manufacturing level only. This does not cover damage from general wear.
Refund and Return?
Due to nature of bespoke and custom making, all sales are final and not qualified for refund or return policy.
We will ensure along the process to make sure you are happy with product and fixing any problem if any.
